I am Wenqian Chen (陈文谦), a fourth year old undergraduate student at Department of Electronic Engineering, Shantou University, majoring in Communication Engineering. I qualified for direct admission to a postgraduate program by achieving the highest overall scores in Department of Electronic Engineering.
